Transforming Habits: A clear strategy for meeting your fitness and health vision of the future and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.
Becoming Self-Aware: Discover the barriers and blockages in your own life that have prevented you from achieving your goals; be able to recognize roadblocks to moving forward, and also understand how to overcome these barriers and destructive cycles!
Fueling Your Body: We’ll create a nutritional plan that will help you meet your fitness and weight loss goals. During this process, you will also learn how to love eating to fuel your body as well as discover how tasty healthy meals are and how they impact the total you. It’s all about creating a healthy lifestyle with mindful and intuitive eating and forming a healthy relationship with your food.
Self Care, Self Love, & Self Worth: In this portion of our time together we will develop not only a fitness strategy for your unique lifestyle but we will also focus on ways to help you fall in love with the person you are (i.e. your authentic self), honor the body you have, and your plans for the future. This will also help you eliminate stress and other emotions that you do not want, increase your energy level, and live a pure bliss lifestyle.
